Our products prices do not include delivery, we use an external logistics company to deliver our chilled and frozen products to your home, office or restaurant.
Our standard sized box which will accommodate a full primal and up to 10kg in weight costs AU$ 15 per delivery. The delivery charge will automatically be charged to your bill.
Delivery Procedure & Order Cut Off Time
- Check to make sure that we deliver to your location. At present we only deliver within a 15 KM radius of the Sydney Central Business District
- The driver will also call you before they make the delivery
- If you are unable to accept the delivery the driver will return the order to their warehouse and deliver the next day. Charges may be incurred.
- If it's public holiday, you may not be able to pick up your order since the retail shop would be closed. Please double check with our team with the opening dates.
Local pickup & Trading hour
You are NOT entitled to a refund in following cases:
・You just changed your mind.
・You found the product cheaper at another store.
・We provided the correct item and it was fresh when you received it, but you subjectively don’t like it after received or ate the item. (unless it is meat quality issue)
・Customers bought wrong items by themselves.
・You refuse to return the product to our local store.
・You did not pick up your order due to your own reasons after we made it for you (Within 2 weeks since we sent the ready for pickup notification).
・You did not receive the order due to your own reasons when we delivered for you.
・For all the cooking equipment, once it has been used, no return or exchange will be accepted.
・No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
・No returns will be accepted if the product is not in original package.
For the refund amount:
- The transaction fees are exempt from the refund amount
- You can choose either full refund amount of store credit or refund to your original payment account (deduct Shopify transaction fee from total)
